What is the actual sense & meaning of the Corporation?

It's a FAITH. Faith in similar views & values, that coexist together,

in order to make & share profit.

This is the REAL ENERGY behind idea of the Corporation.

 There is huge difference between investing into Community idea,

rather than investing into the Real Estate.

Sometimes, Real Estate and Community are  polar opposites,

and, sometimes, it works.  

 P.S: When It comes to Building Cost of my Project, please understand ~ I am not asking you to follow my building cost or sales price guidelines, nor do I expect anyone to follow  it. I am just showing  you, that it is possible to build it & sell 3 stories  mixed use townhouse, as affordable, for only $180K for the Middle class,

who wants to run small business from home. 

THIS IS  SOME of THE BACKGROUND, which ALLOWS ME
TO DEVELOP & RUN PROJECT LIKE THIS.

Who would benefit from my

 projects and ideas, and why?

  1. Working Middle Class, of all levels and all industries, but primary: service, IT, retail & hospitality industries. People living in a stable residential environment perform better. Making better life choice & making better salaries. 

  2. Education Sector. The more you make, the more you want to fit in. The more you thrive to perform & know better, the more you understand what opens doors in business. Degrees & social events. Competitive drive pushes people to archive better degrees. Education sector actually survives on Stable Middle Class, who strived to become  Higher.

  3. Travel Industry. People who live in affordable successful environment: travel more, stay happier, perform better. 

  4. Real Estate Industry. People relocate easier when they have an affordable housing & stable job, based on their social level. They also invest in Real Estate & second homes much easier, for their retirement & offsprings.

  5. Financial Markets. People who have stable housing , stable jobs are interested on investing and keeping markets happy. They bank, obtain credits & mortgages.

  6. Energy Industry. Everyone who owes home or business needs power.

  7. Textile Industry. We sit on coaches, that are covered by textile. We wear clothes to leave the house.  

  8. Electronics Sector & IT. We need phones & Wi-Fi to communicate. TV, radio & music to stay informed & up to day. 

  9. Transportation Sector. We need wheels to move ourselves & things fast, from point A to point B. 

  10. Security Sector. I think this one is self explanatory: you do not want rapist or murderer wondering in your backyard. 

  11.  Construction & Architecture Industry. Somebody has to build it all.

  12. IRS. Taxes must be paid on land and property. And income.  



I want to build Rowhouse Style Residential Business Community in Northern American Continent Suburbs, with walkability/bikeability score of 90 to 100%.

I know, that in both USA & Canada, building walkable neighborhoods with businesses & courtyards is illegal. But I hope, some things may change, soon.
I hope to offer this specifically to European immigrants. There are plenty of
colored communities in this country, from latin to black, but not enough europeans.

Most important thing: there are MANY, MANY, MANY rich developers with Modern Touch, but very little number of people, interested in preserving "European America architecture".

I want to do only that. Build modernized CLASSIC AMERICAN EUROPEAN Architecture Style community. But make it more or less Affordable.

One person, making $80,000.00 a year, can easily afford about $180,000.00 property/mortgage. It costs about $14, 000,000.00 (including labor & materials)
to build the Car Free community I planned, which would include 146 residential + mixed use townhomes/rowhouses.

I do realise this may never happen, because all of these territories are prone to heavy politics or monopoly, when it comes to housing or

any Real Estate matters. I am a formal immigrant, which is "nobody", when it comes to business. I am in no way inclined to ever get involved in any politics, I don't even vote here anymore, so I do see my chances in this business as "below than slim". Still. Life is a lottery, so I am taking this chance.

Bitcoin farm can generate income all year around, and generate jobs. Creating comfortable housing options like these, can be great for any harsh climate community. Building materials I had chosen are great even for arctic climate. To minimize transportation load on the one major highway & side roads, this community was designed in such a ways, that it will quickly become self-sustainable. Train & airport hubs are well established in the area, so no major delivery issues can be anticipated. There are options for growing cannabis in cold climate. There are multiple options for creating successful luxury middle class, profitable community in the Northern region. There are great options to evolve bitcoin farms in northern regions & keep it ecologically stable unpolluted. We are a private firm, who is looking for initial $14M startup investment.

Many people are unwilling to settle in the North, especially in the secluded area with no major road access or transportation hubs. However, creating small very wealthy & thriving brownstone communities like this, especially in the North, is one of the best strategic options. They become tourist hubs during the summer, because they do nor produce too much excessive heat & humidity you will find on the ocean coast. They can fully sustain themselves during the harsh winters, because of the well planned infrastructure. Tourists are not the prime resource of the income, during the winters, rather community's shared resources are. Like chocolate, sausage, dumplings & wine makers  can strive during any winter holiday season. Community can be evolved & promoted into the Winter sports  or Secluded Winter resort, for example. 144 households, is not that much, but if they have at least 46 businesses in the community it's a lot. You can make this community exclusive. Local chocolatiers, local wines & cannabis, organic breads & local dairy. Yet market it Worldwide.

What is the point of the society that only grows like this, middle to upper class? First of all it's not utopia. There are always & will be people who break the law, do not want to follow traditions, etc. They will be homeless or wonderers, & it's fine too. It is normal part of any reality. But when most of the society living or experienced  true prosperity, they do not, usually, want to go back to poverty. They strive to improve their education & stay on the higher mental evel.  This keep society's progress.

These businesses will help sustain community, all year around. Rest of the non physical businesses can take their service online during the winter, like boutiques & art shop, electronics store, etc. Taxis can convert into snowmobiles.
